Word to Number Converter grew from one practical idea: changing a number written in words into reusable digits should take seconds, not careful manual calculation.

The first version concentrated on one job: converting written English numbers into clear numeric digits directly in the browser. It was designed to require no account, accept common forms such as hyphens and the word “and,” and return a result that could be copied immediately.
A broader conversion toolkit
As the project developed, we added tools for number words, Roman numerals, binary, decimal, hexadecimal, octal, ASCII, and text encoding. Guides and visual explanations followed so visitors could understand how a result was produced, not merely copy it.
The work today
